The short version

Kairos Studio edits your photos entirely on your own computer. Your images, RAW files and edits are never uploaded to us and never used to train a model. The only information we handle is what's needed to run your account, your licence and your purchase.

What we collect

• Account details — your email address, and a name if you give one.
• Licence and device data — which devices your licence is active on, shown as a name and platform (for example, "Poorna's MacBook Pro, macOS"), so we can honour the two-device limit.
• Usage counts — during a trial, the number of images processed, so we can apply the trial limit. We never receive the images themselves.
• Purchase records — a transaction reference from our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

What we never collect

Your photographs, RAW files, previews, filenames or EXIF data. There is no feature in Kairos Studio that sends an image to us, by design. Everything the app does to a photo happens locally on your machine, with no internet required.

Who processes this data

• Supabase — authentication and database for accounts and licences.
• PayU — payment processing. Card details are handled by PayU, not by us.
• Our hosting provider — serves this website.

Your choices

You can update your details, unlink a device, or delete your account at any time from your account page, or by writing to us. Deleting your account removes your associated data from our systems.
